BTS estimating department will providing accurate and reliable conceptual estimates for planned projects; or competitive hard dollar estimates for bid jobs. Provide important scheduling and logistical information at the early stages of a project to assure a proficient start for that project. Provide valuable experience in seeking solutions to difficult problems that hinder the effectiveness of a project. Assist in the evaluation of pricing, specifications, procedures and subcontractors.
Evaluate delay and extra work claims filed either on your behalf or against you.
