BTS will evaluate delay and extra work claims filed either on your behalf or against you. From development, design, construction, and professional perspective, BTS will analyze and advise you on how best to deal with design and development disputes, contractor issues, potential settlements, construction disputes and administration matters. We can provide you with effective resolution or support services at any stage of your project. If construction delay claims can be avoided or mitigated, there could be substantial monetary savings on the project. At the time of entering into contract BTS will work with client and their project management team during pre-contract negotiation and agreement with their contractor to clarify and agree on the procedures for quantifying and assessing the impact of any projected delay and disruption.
