The BTS commitment to quality starts at the first meetings with the owner and design team during the pre-construction phase. This team-based approach builds confidence between all parties; everyone feels assured the final product will measure up to expectations. These expectations are carried into the field where our team utilizes professional practices and document control to ensure Quality.
Preconstruction
The earlier BTS is involved in a project, the more value we can bring. We strategically work closely with the design team through the design process, so projects are designed quickly and efficiently. Better solutions always come from greater participation.
Construction
We are committed to continuous improvement of our services. We are on a constant journey to eliminate waste to improve trade handoffs and increase productivity. We believe in collaborative problem solving and are committed to continuously improving on what we do.
Completion and Turnover
We take an initiative-taking and systematic approach to the typical closeout to make the turnover process more efficient, a seamless transition from construction or renovation to occupancy and use. We finish strong.
