BTS provides Vicinity Energy with design and engineering services, as well as Construction and Project Management, Estimating, Bid Services, and Field Project oversight. Vicinity Energy is a public utility and the largest owner and operator of district energy systems in the United States. Vicinity operates 19 district energy systems across 12 cities, providing steam, hot and chilled water, and electrical generation services to commercial, educational, government, and healthcare facilities.

BTS provided construction management and direct hire services for this new Readiness Center Facility for the New Jersey Army National Guard. Acting as the owner's representative, our team coordinated A/E selection, bid management, and on-site quality control from pre-construction through substantial completion—ensuring full compliance with federal and state requirements on time and within budget.

BTS provided construction management and direct hire services for the Colonel Aldo G. Baldi Joint Medical Training Facility. Our responsibilities spanned CPM scheduling, contractor oversight, and claims mitigation—ensuring this joint-service medical training complex was delivered to the exacting standards required by the client.

BTS provided direct hire construction management services of a brand-new four-story middle school for the Paterson Public Schools district. Pre-construction services included cost estimating, value engineering, and bid package development. The dense urban site and active surrounding neighborhood demanded careful phasing and a safety program that exceeded standard requirements throughout.

BTS delivered pre-construction and construction management services for this mixed-use retail and commercial development. Our team oversaw site logistics, multi-trade contractor coordination, and budget controls from design development through substantial completion—helping the owner achieve both schedule milestones and financial targets.

BTS managed and completed the construction of this American Apparel location. The fast-track schedule required precise multi-trade sequencing to hit the client's opening date without disrupting neighboring tenants or mall operations.
